- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. fresh mushrooms or 1 small can, drained
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 6 c. garlic croutons (you can buy them or make your own)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Heat butter in a large pan.

2Saute the first 2 ingredients in the butter for about 10 minutes.

3Stir in croutons; add the chicken broth, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper, stirring constantly on low flame.
