  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 roast (any kind may be substituted)

Directions

    Take roast and put strips of bacon across top of it to keep moisture in.

    Cook slowly at 300° to 325° until tender.

    If more gravy is desired, use 2 cans of mushroom soup.
