  • 400 g super gelling sugar (Dr. Oetker's 1-3)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, coarsely chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons lime peel, finely grated
