- 3 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2-10 oz. boxes frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans, opt.
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients.

2Add and mix oil and eggs.

3Add the strawberries and pecans.

4Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.

5Bake 350° for approximately 1 1/2 hours.

6(I add a drop of red food coloring to make the bread pink.)

7Excellent to give as a holiday bread. Stays moist for several days.
