- 4 c all purpose flour
- 4 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 1/4 c oil
- 2 (10 oz) pkg frozen strawberries, in sugar or syrup
- 4 eggs 1 c nuts, chopped, (optional)
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients twice. Make a well in dry ingredients, add oil, eggs, strawberries and mix. Add nuts. Pour mixture into 3 (greased and floured) loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
