Name: Strawberry Bread
Ingredients: 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed; 4 eggs; 1 1/4 c. cooking oil; 2 c. sugar; 3 c. all-purpose flour; 3 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. salt; 1 c. chopped nuts

1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

Stir first 3 ingredients together.

Combine all ingredients and add to strawberry mixture.

Stir together and mix thoroughly. Fold in nuts.

Pour into two 9 x 5-inch greased and floured pans. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour.
