  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. shortening
  • 14 oz. frozen strawberries
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. strawberries, drained
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

    Blend together first 5 ingredients; fold in next 3 ingredients.

    Bake in three 8-inch pans until done at 350°. Blend together next 5 ingredients with juice of strawberries until proper spreading consistency.

    Spread on cakes.
