  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O (dry)
  • 1/2 c. frozen, drained strawberries

    Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.

    Beat thoroughly.

    Put batter into 8-inch or 9-inch layer pans.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Makes two large layers.

    Cake is very moist.
