  • 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello mix
  • 3/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen), mashed and drained well

Directions

    Mix cake as directed on box. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 40 minutes or until toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool. Serve with Cool Whip or frosted.
