  • 1 pkg strawberry jello
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

    Combine first four ingredients and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Add strawberries and beat until they are pulverized and well mixed with other ingredients.

    Bake in two layers at 350° for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Ice when cool with Strawberry Icing.
