  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed (save 1/4 c. strawberries for frosting)
  • 3 egg whites

    Blend together the first 4 ingredients until moistened, then beat for 2 minutes.

    Add egg whites; beat for another 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
