  • 1/2 c. oil (Crisco)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

    Add unbeaten egg whites and 1 cup of the defrosted frozen strawberries.

    Bake in 9 x 13 pan (greased and floured) for 35 to 40 minutes at 325°.
