  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 3 tsp. sifted flour
  • 13 oz. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. water
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pkg. frozen strawberries (thawed)
  • 1 stick butter or oleo
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • red food coloring

Directions

    Place cake mix in a large mixing bowl.

    Add flour, gelatin, water, oil and eggs.

    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with mixer. Add 1/2 strawberries and beat 1 minute longer.

    Pour into greased cake pans.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.

    Cool cake.
