  • 1 c. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. grated coconut

Directions

    Blend all ingredients together, adding eggs one at a time. Bake in 3 layers, greased and floured well, using temperature setting on cake mix box.
