  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 4 whole Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 Tablespoon Cavender's Seasoning
  • 23 cups Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

    In a shallow dish, sprinkle cavendars on one side of the tilapia fillet with a pinch or two or three, coating to taste (too much will be too salty).

    After the Cavenders, coat both sides of the tilapia with the whole wheat flour.

    Repeat until all tilapia fillets are coated.

    Heat coconut oil on high heat until melted and add fillets to pan.

    Cook tilapia until nicely browned and cooked all the way through (about 2-3 minutes per side minimum, and longer for extra crispy, about 4-6 minutes per side).

    Remove from heat.

    Plate.

    Eat.
