  • 12 oz. cream cheese, soft
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 Thank You strawberry pie filling
  • 2 graham cracker crusts

    Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 carton of Cool Whip.

    Blend with mixer.

    Pour mixture into graham cracker crusts.

    Makes two cheesecakes, then divide strawberry pie filling between both cheesecakes.

    Let chill for 2 to 3 hours for better flavor.
