  • 1/2 large angel food cake
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pt. softened ice cream
  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 8 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 container Cool Whip

Directions

    Break bite size pieces of cake in a 22 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Beat instant pudding with milk.

    Stir in softened ice cream.

    Pour over cake.

    Set in fridge until firm, about 10 minutes.

    Mix jello with hot water.

    Add strawberries and pour over cake mixture.

    Set in fridge til set.

    Frost with Cool Whip.
