Strawberry Delight

Directions

   Mix cornstarch, water and sugar.

   Bring to a boil.

   Remove from heat.

   While hot, add strawberry Jell-O; stir until Jell-O mixture is dissolved.

   Bake 2 pie shells and cool.

   Place strawberries in pie shells and pour liquid over them.

   Place in refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.

   Top with Cool Whip.
