  • 1 small pkg. strawberry jello
  • 1 1/4 c. hot water
  • 1 (1 lb.) bag frozen strawberries
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 angel food cake (prepared or pkg.)

    Tear cake.

    Layer with cake, berries and Cool Whip.

    (I use a glass dish or bowl for this.)

    Keep 3 or 4 berries out for garnish on top with mint leaves, if you have them.
