- 1 large box strawberry jello
- 1 carton Cool Whip
- 1 carton frozen strawberries, rinsed to thaw slightly and drained
Directions

1Make jello but only use 1 cup of boiling water to dissolve the gelatin.

2Then add 1 cup of cold water and stir well.

3Chill in refrigerator until almost set.

4Use a mixer to beat until foamy. Fold in Cool Whip.

5Stir in strawberries.

6Serves approximately 8.
