Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 large pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large tub whipped topping
Directions

1Mix first four ingredients and spread in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in 350° oven for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.

2Remove from oven and cool.

3Remove 1/3 for topping.

4Beat egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice at low speed for 2 minutes.

5Use large bowl, then beat at high speed until stiff peaks form (about 10 minutes).

6Fold in whipped topping.

7Spoon over crumb mixture. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs.

8Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
