Strawberry Icebox Pie

  • 1 (17oz.) pkg. marshmallows
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 box frozen strawberries, sweetened to taste (2 c. fresh)
  • 1 cooked and cooled pie shell

Directions

    Put marshmallows in double boiler. Add 2 tablespoons of the strawberry juice. Cook until marshmallows are dissolved.

    Mix strawberries and marshmallows thoroughly.

    Chill about 2 hours. Fold in whipped cream to marshmallow mixture and pour into pastry shell. Chill until firm.
