  • 4 store bought meringue nests
  • 2 c. chopped, hulled strawberries
  • 1 c. fresh hulled or frozen strawberries
  • 1 c. Greek yogurt

Directions

    Use your hands to break up the meringue nests into small pieces in a large mixing bowl.

    Add the chopped strawberries, reserving a few for decoration, and stir in the yogurt.

    Add 2 tablespoons of pureed strawberries and stir through the yogurt gently to make the mixture streaky.

    Spoon the mixture into six glasses or bowls, decorate with a few strawberry pieces, and add an extra drizzle of puree, if you like.

    Serve while the meringue is still crunchy.
