  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen strawberries, defrosted, crushed in juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Preheat oven to 350.

    Greased and flour 2 loaf pans.

    In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.

    Blend in oil and butter.

    Add eggs, beating well.

    Added crushed strawberries and juice to batter.

    Add pecans, mix well.

    Pour batter into the two greased pans.

    Bake in 350 oven for 60 minutes.
