  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • red food coloring
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. strawberry flavoring

Directions

    Place strawberries in baked pie shell.

    Cook water, sugar, cornstarch, flavoring and as much red food coloring as you want, until thick.

    Let cool.

    Pour over strawberries in shell, then refrigerate and serve.
