  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 or 3 c. strawberries
  • strawberry gelatin

Directions

    Mix together cream cheese, milk and lemon juice until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust.

    Let chill several hours.

    Mix strawberries with strawberry gelatin and pour on top of filling.
