  • 1 3/4 c. water
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 baked pie shells
  • 4 c. fresh sliced strawberries

    Combine first three ingredients in boiler.

    Stir until boiling (3 minutes).

    Add Jell-O.

    Arrange fresh strawberries in bottom of pie shells.

    Pour mixture over strawberries.
