  • red food coloring
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 qt. strawberries

    Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thick.

    Add the strawberry gelatin and a few drops of the red food coloring.

    Mix in the strawberries.

    Pour into a baked pie shell.

    Top with whipped cream.
