  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 qt. strawberries, cleaned (whole or sliced)
  • 1 (8 or 9-inch) prebaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix cornstarch with sugar in a saucepan.

    Stir in water and continue to stir until mixture comes to a boil.

    Add strawberry Jell-O and mix until dissolved.
  4. 4
    Mix glaze with strawberries and pour into pie shell.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
