Baked Squash

  • 2 pkg. frozen squash, thawed
  • 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm herbed seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small chopped onion

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with dressing.

    Set aside.

    Mix squash, soup, sour cream and onion.

    Put 1/2 of the crumb mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Pour on squash mixture.

    Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
