- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- pinch of salt
- 1 c. water
- strawberries
- baked pie crust/shell
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornstarch and water together and cook until thick. Add Jell-O and cool. Line baked pie crust/shell with raw fresh strawberries.

2Pour cooled mixture over strawberries. When ready to serve, cover with Cool Whip.
