  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 16 ounces rhubarb
  • 14 cup tapioca
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (Splenda)
