  • 2 c. water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 qt. strawberries
  • 2 precooked pies shells (9-inch)
  • 1 pkg. (small) strawberry jello

    Bake pie shells.

    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until liquid is clear.

    Add jello and mix well.

    Clean strawberries and add to liquid.

    Pour into pie shells and let cool.

    Makes 2 pies.
