  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • few drops red coloring
  • 1 c. crushed strawberries
  • 1 c. halved strawberries

    Mix first 4 ingredients and boil until thick.

    Cool a bit, then add the berries.

    Mix and pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
