- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- fresh strawberries
- 1 baked pie shell
Directions

1Boil sugar, Jell-O, cornstarch and water together until thick. Cool.

2Cut up strawberries into baked pie shell.

3Pour mixture over strawberries and let it set up.

4Top with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream.
