  • 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 baked pie crust

Directions

    Mix sugar with cornstarch and add water.

    Cook until clear. Remove from heat and add jello.

    Cool mixture.

    Place berries in baked crust and pour cooled mixture over berries.

    Refrigerate several hours before serving.

    Serve with whipped cream.
