  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1 small pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 pt. fresh, unsweetened strawberries
  • 2 baked pie shells

Directions

    Combine sugar, water, salt and cornstarch.

    Cook until clear. Remove from heat.

    Add Jell-O.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Spread strawberries into pie shells; pour cooled mixture over berries and chill.

    Top with whipped cream.
