  • 3 tsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
  • 3 c. sliced strawberries

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients; press into pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Mix water, sugar and cornstarch.
  4. 4
    Cook until clear. Cool a little; and mix with the strawberry Jell-O.

    Put into shell with sliced strawberries.
  6. 6
    Refrigerate until set.
