  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced and mixed with a little sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • whipped cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • pie shell

Directions

    Mix strawberries with sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Cook until thick, stirring.

    Add Jell-O and mix well.

    Put strawberries in baked pie shell.

    Pour mixture over berries and cover with whipped cream.
