  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. dry strawberry jello
  • 1 qt. sliced strawberries

    Cook the first 4 ingredients until thick.

    Put the dry strawberry jello into this mixture and stir well.

    Add the strawberries and let set for 5 minutes.

    Put in baked pie shell and chill.

    Use favorite topping.
