  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 small box strawberry jello
  • 1 pt. fresh whole strawberries
  • 1/2 large pkg. cream cheese (4 oz.)
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 c. whipped cream

Directions

    Stir together water, sugar and cornstarch.

    Cook until thick. Add jello; stir until dissolved.

    Cool slightly.

    Gently blend in strawberries.

    Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and lemon juice.

    Spread on pie crust.

    Add strawberry mixture.

    Let cool thoroughly in refrigerator.

    Top with whipped cream.
