  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 qt. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small box strawberry jello

    Combine first three ingredients. Cook over medium heat until clear.

    Remove from heat, add jello.

    Cool, then add strawberries and pour into two baked pie shells.

    Chill.
