- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. cold water
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jell-O
- strawberries
- Redi-Whip
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch together.

2Add cold water and cook until thick (3 to 5 minutes).

3Remove from heat and add Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.

4Chill 2 to 3 hours.

5Add strawberries and topping.

6This makes a 9-inch pie.
