- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin (jello)
- 2 pt. strawberries, halved
- 1 (9-inch) baked shell
- whipped cream or Cool Whip
Directions

1Mix sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan; stir constantly, cooking until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over strawberry halves; mix well. Pour into pie shell; refrigerate until set. Top with cream. Serves 6 to 8.
