- 1 baked pastry shell
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 c. hot water
Directions

1Add sugar and vanilla to softened cream cheese; beat well until smooth.

2Fold in whipped cream.

3Spread over bottom of baked shell; chill.

4Combine strawberry gelatin and hot water, stirring until dissolved.

5Add strawberries.

6Pour over mixture in chilled pie crust.
