  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 tsp. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 to 2 c. fresh sliced strawberries
  • 1 baked pie shell
  • whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix cornstarch, Jell-O, sugar and water.

    Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and add about 3 caps of red food coloring.

    Let mixture cool before pouring into baked pie shell lined with fresh, sliced strawberries.

    Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
