  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 drops red food coloring
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 qt. strawberries (2 c. sliced for mix, rest left whole for garnish)
  • graham cracker crust
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Cook 2 cups strawberries, sugar, water, food coloring and cornstarch together until clear and thick.

    Remove from heat and add jello.
  3. 3
    Pour into graham cracker crust and cool.
  4. 4
    Top with whipped cream and reserved strawberries.
  5. 5
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
