  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 Tbsp. red food coloring
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pt. berries or 1 pkg. frozen
  • 1 baked pie shell

Directions

    Mix sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O, food coloring and water; heat to boiling.

    Boil 1 minute.

    Cool.

    Arrange berries in pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries.

    Chill 2 hours.
