  • 3 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries

    Boil until thick, about 5 minutes, the cornstarch, strawberry jello, sugar and hot water.

    Add strawberries.

    Pour into 9-inch baked pie crust and top with Cool Whip.
