  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 bowl cool whip
  • 2 pints strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 box butter cookies

    Mix milk and water, blend in pudding. Chill for 5 minutes. Fold in cool whip, saving some for top. Layer cookies, then pudding, then strawberries. Spread on rest of cool whip and garnish with a few strawberries.
